- Acquire an application. – You may acquire an application from a member of the guidance staff at your high school or you may download an application from Student Application Online. If you are unable to obtain an application through either of these two methods, contact our office at 410-455-2700 and we will send one to you.
- Gather required information – Once you have acquired the application, look through it to see what information you will need. Before filling out an application, you will need to gather some information. You should consult the application checklist found on the front page of the application to make sure you have it all!. Among items requested are teacher and counselor recommendations, and parental income information. While we prefer 1040 tax forms, a statement of parental taxable income is sufficient for the application to be processed. Additionally, you must submit the correct release of information form (found below) so that we may obtain your academic records.
- Submit the Application – Please submit your completed application to us via mail to the address located on the application, via e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org or via fax to the fax number which can also be found on the application.
